There are many other nationalities involved. It is of vital importance for people to be able to collaborate and develop in a complex of this kind. This requires an active human resource policy in which the personal development of employees takes first class priority.

Health, Safety and Environment Policy:

The aim of REAL IMAGE SYSTEMS’ HSE policy is to ensure that all personnel can carry out their work in healthy, safety and environmentally friendly conditions. The prevention of hazardous and unhealthy working conditions applies to all personnel, including personnel subcontractors and suppliers. This principle is expressed in the slogan used by REAL IMAGE SYSTEMS LTD.
In order to raise safety awareness and increase the understanding of safety risks, REAL IMAGE SYSTEMS LTD., organizes training courses and information meetings, both at offices and on works. In addition, safety audits are carried out as the first step towards reducing risks. Concerned environmental protection is sure of REAL IMAGE SYSTEMS.

Progressive Discipline Policy:

REAL IMAGE SYSTEMS has established rules that concern employee conduct, performance and responsibilities so that all personnel can conduct themselves in accordance to certain rules of good behaviour.
The objective of our management is not to restrict the rights of the employees, rather to encourage people work in harmony and in accordance with our established standards to provide efficient and courteous services for our clients.
